John Jeffries
Johnny played with the Huskies AAA program for 8 seasons. In that time, I’ve made friendships and memories with coaches and teammates that will last a life time. The Huskies impacted me not only as a hockey player, but as a member of the community. During my U13 season, I had the opportunity of volunteering at Keneskys Goalie school under the mentorship of Pete Richards. This is what sparked my love of coaching and mentoring young athletes. Working summer camps throughout my minor hockey career, re some of my most fond memories. Coaching is my passion, and nothing motivates me more than helping guide our students to achieve their full potential!
Jonathan Travers
Jonathan Travers brings over 20 years of goaltending experience and more than 10 years of coaching expertise to JJ Goaltending. A former AAA goaltender with the Burlington Eagles, Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs, and Halton Hurricanes, Jonathan also gained Junior A experience with Milton.For the past decade, he has been dedicated to developing goalies of all ages and skill levels, including the last three years alongside John Jeffries at JJ Goaltending. Jonathan focuses on building strong relationships with athletes, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to succeed both on and off the ice.His goal is simple: create a positive environment where every goalie can learn, improve, and reach their full potential.
